The Rev. Dr. Kikanza Nuri-Robins is an organization development consultant based in Los Angeles. She works with people and organizations that are in transition — or ought to be. Her clients include schools, NPOs, government bodies and faith based organizations. She currently serves UUChurch of Santa Monica as Consulting Minister. Her most recent book is Fish Out of Water — about nurturing and sustaining healthy organizational cultures.
