Mission Peak Unitarian Universalist Congregation Calls a New Settled Minister

Rev. Greg Ward

On May 17, Mission Peak UU congregation voted unanimously to call Rev. Greg Ward to be our new settled minister. We are thrilled to enter into this next phase of our congregation’s journey with him.

A life-long Unitarian Universalist, Rev. Greg Ward has been a UU minister for twenty three years. He brings to MPUUC a wealth of experience and invaluable skills as a gifted preacher and spiritual leader. His message is one of wisdom, grace, laughter, and joy.

Rev. Greg will start at Mission Peak UU on September 1st, 2020.

The Ministerial Search Committee would like to thank all members and friends of MPUUC, who have supported us in our year-long search for the best match for our congregation. The high member turnout at the congregational meeting allowed for a truly representative vote. The unanimous vote to call Rev. Greg sent him a strong message of our support and desire for a successful collaboration in the years to come.

In the next few weeks, the Search Committee will be engaged in assisting the transition between our interim minister Rev. Jo Green and our new settled minister Rev. Greg Ward.
