Starting in October 2009, the Family Education and Resource Center (FERC) is a ground-breaking program of the Alameda County California Behavioral Healthcare System specializing in helping the families of those who have mental illness. This is a much needed program financed with Mental Health Services Act money. In this show. the director of FERC and one of their satisfied clients are interviewed.
