People who travel frequently – especially to other countries – know that as we encounter diversity, it is easier and easier to be misunderstood. This becomes harder and harder to forge good relationships. It is no longer enough to partition the world into silos. We must learn to become multilingual – or, at least make an effort in that direction. This is a sermon about what might happen if we were able to make whole-hearted efforts to communicate across differences.
