When Jesus was killed, there was at least one disciple paralyzed in grief. Peter lost his teacher, his ministry, his future and, maybe, his faith. And like all of us when a tragic ending befalls someone close, we ask whether there was something we might have done. Or something we might still do. This story belongs not only to the biblical Peter, it belongs to the world of comics. This is a sermon about how Peter Parker came up with the motto, ‘With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility.’
