“Shine” is a documentary that feature young people who have gone through trauma and recovery. The film follows one young man’s battle with depression after an armed robbery leaves him paralyzed, a young woman living with PTSD and depression after years of sexual abuse, and a young woman who speaks on the importance of peer support.

The show is 49 minutes long.

The show has content that could be disturbing to some people, so viewer discretion is advised.
