To paraphrase a wise adage from Heraclitus, ‘A traveller can never step into the same river twice because it is not the same river and [she] is not the same traveller.’ So, what do we make of this new post-sabbatical reality we find ourselves in? Rev. Greg will reflect on some of the experiences and stories which have changed the way he sees himself and the world. After the service, the Committee on Ministry will facilitate an exploration of ‘new seeds’ for how MPUUC might see itself differently as well as speculate on what kind of new communities are needed in this changing world.
