Rev. Barbara F. Meyers has received several awards for her mental health ministry:

The Pacific Central District of the Unitarian Universalist Association awarded Rev. Meyers the Junella Hanson Memorial Award for “Demonstrating True Excellence in Teaching and Faith Development” on April 28, 2007.

 

In June 2008, Rev. Meyers received a Community Service Award for Media from the Alameda County Mental Health Board.

 

On January 26, 2011, the Mental Health Association of Alameda County presented Rev. Meyers with a 2010 Achievement Award.

 

The California Mental Health & Spirituality Initiative, a program of the California Institute for Mental Health, presented Rev. Meyers an award “In Recognition of Your Dedication and Commitment to Building Mental Health Friendly Communities” on October 10, 2019.

 

The Pathways to Promise interfaith mental health organization awarded Rev. Meyers with their 2021 Mental Health Champion award in recognition of her service to others, in July 2021.
